The Problem
Hiring tech talent in Belgium means choosing between generalist job boards that bury tech roles, recruitment agencies charging thousands per hire, and matching systems that behave like black boxes. Candidates rarely know why they were rejected, and recruiters rarely know why a profile was suggested.
What We Built
- AI job auto-fill: paste a description and the platform extracts title, seniority, skills, languages and salary. Posting a job takes about two minutes.
- Explainable matching: every candidate-job pair gets a 0-100 score with visible sub-scores. No black box, both sides see the reasons.
- Full recruiter workflow: kanban pipeline, internal notes, in-app chat with candidates, team roles, and per-job analytics.
- Free candidate side: AI resume import, smart filters, privacy by default, and a public shareable profile.
- Free AI tools: an AI resume review and a Belgian net salary calculator, open to everyone.
