MoncoWork brings room reservations and equipment loans into one calendar. Built for non-profits, studios, coworking spaces and schools, it gives members a place to book and teams a place to manage availability, approvals and access.

The Problem
Shared spaces often track room bookings in a calendar, equipment in a spreadsheet and approvals in messages. A free room does not guarantee that the camera or microphones are available. Different members also need different permissions, especially when equipment requires training.
We wanted one booking flow that accounts for the room, the gear and the organization's rules before a request is sent.
What We Built
- A shared calendar: day, week, month and agenda views for room reservations and equipment loans, including loans that do not need a room.
- Approvals and conflict checks: pending requests hold their slot, while trusted members can receive automatic approval.
- Equipment by quantity: availability follows stock and overlapping loans, so members can see what is left for their chosen time.
- Access by member or group: permissions can cover all resources, a category or a single item.
- Each organization's identity: custom logos, colours and domains, with light and dark modes and a responsive interface.
The product combines a Next.js frontend with a realtime Convex backend. The gallery shows the working application with sample bookings and resources from a demo organization.

Results & Impact
The booking workflow, resource administration and organization branding are implemented, alongside a public site that explains the product and collects early-access requests.
MoncoWork is starting with partner non-profits, who can use every feature free for the duration of their partnership and give direct feedback. Paid plans for other organizations are planned, with pricing to be published before opening.
